PipeTrue is a CRM health diagnostic tool built for RevOps teams. We are based in Brussels, Belgium. When we say "we" or "us," we mean PipeTrue and the team behind it.

• Email address . Used for authentication and account communication.
• HubSpot portal ID and domain. Collected during OAuth connection so we know which CRM to scan.
• CRM data (contacts, deals). Fetched during scans for scoring purposes only. We read your data. We never write to your HubSpot.

Your CRM data is used to generate health scores and recommendations. That is it. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering your scan results.

We use the following services to operate PipeTrue:

• Supabase . Database and authentication.
• Stripe . Payment processing. We never see or store your card details.
• Resend . Transactional email delivery.
• Vercel . Hosting and infrastructure.
• HubSpot . Your CRM, connected via OAuth. Read-only access.

PipeTrue is based in Belgium and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:

• Access your data. Ask us what we store about you.
• Delete your data. We will remove your account and all associated records.
• Export your data. Request a copy of everything we hold.
• Correct your data. If something is wrong, let us know.

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management). No tracking cookies. No third-party analytics cookies. Vercel Analytics collects anonymous page view data with no cookies required.
