Terms of Service

PipeTrue provides CRM health diagnostics for HubSpot. We connect to your HubSpot portal via OAuth, read your CRM data (contacts, deals, pipeline stages), and generate health scores with actionable recommendations.

PipeTrue is read-only. We never write to, modify, or delete anything in your HubSpot account.

You need an account to use PipeTrue. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. If you connect a HubSpot portal, you confirm you have authorization to access that portal's data.

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the period ends.
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

We built PipeTrue for RevOps teams to diagnose their own CRM health. Please do not:

• Abuse the scan API (automated bulk scanning, excessive requests).
• Resell PipeTrue results or wrap our service in your own product without permission.
• Use PipeTrue to scrape or reverse-engineer competitor CRM data.
• Attempt to access portals you do not have authorization for.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. We will always reach out before taking action, except in cases of clear abuse.

How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy. The short version: CRM data is deleted 24 hours after your scan. We do not sell your data. We comply with GDPR.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond what is within our reasonable control.

PipeTrue, its scoring algorithms, UI, and branding are our intellectual property. Your CRM data remains yours. We claim no ownership over any data you connect or any results generated from your data.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We can terminate your account for violations of these terms. If we terminate your account, we will refund any unused portion of a prepaid billing period.

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of PipeTrue after changes constitutes acceptance.
